ASAP Spay Patrol

Animal Aid is serious about providing not only monetary, but also "boots on the ground" support for ASAP - the Animal Shelter Alliance of Portland. We encourage you to sign up to be part of a Monday, January 16 (MLK Day) Spay Patrol.
Spay Patrols go into low-income neighborhoods and post door hangers alerting the residents to free/low-cost spay neuter services through ASAP's Spay and Save program. It's one of the key approaches to getting the word out to potential clients about spay/neuter in general, and about this program in particular.

Meet the Kittens at Animal Aid!
Sunday, February 4, 1-3:00 pm
Meet the adorable, adoptable kittens and Ginger, their mom. Currently living in a foster home, on Saturday Feb 4th from 1-3:00 pm they will be at the shelter to meet with prospective adopters. Check out their bio pages for details on each of them: Angel, Holly, Jack, Nicky, Rudy, Tiny Tim, and Ginger.
Bring your completed adoption application prior to meeting the kittens. CLICK HERE to download a copy. Paper copies are also available at the shelter. You can submit your application prior to Saturday via email to . Due to high level of interest, only those with qualified applications will be introduced to the kittens. These cats are looking for homes that currently have no cats and are able to adopt a pair of kittens.

Once again Dancers Northwest (or Raq Zaraffe, to those "in the know") are livening up our gray winter with the swirling colors and sounds of belly dancing in support of Animal Aid! Not only will they be performing for your enjoyment all afternoon, they are offering three workshops in the morning. Come join the fun!

9:00 - Noon Workshops for dancers $20 each or all three for $50
9 am - Khaleegy Dance with Alexandria
10 am - Juicy Hip Combos with Fanina
11am - Big Skirt Technique with Karla
1:00 - 5:00 Dancers Northwest performances
